All orders on sheratesdogs.com usually have a 3-7 day production stage. This stage is currently longer due to virus-related delays. Once orders clear the production stage, they are then shipped out. Shipping times vary based on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
United States
Orders shipping within the continental united states can expect to receive their orders within 3-6 days after it ships from our facilities.
International
Most international orders will arrive within 30 days of your order, but times are not guaranteed. UK, Canada, and Australia can expect their order within 15 days.
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on any international shipments. This fee is not in our control and is up to your country and how they handle a merchandise package. We do not receive any of this tax. Some orders with multiple items may ship the items separately, causing multiple customs fees to occur. Again, we cannot do anything to combat these fees. We do ask that you stay aware of customs fees when ordering from SheRateDogs.
